We bring it to a boil, add the durum wheat semolina, a pinch of salt, nutmeg, and egg yolk. Once cooked, we pour it into molds and let it cool. The molded gnocchi are layered with butter, raclette cheese, Parmesan cheese, and a final layer of raclette cheese.
