Maurilio Baudracco a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 en 1969 de partager sa passion pour la bonne cuisine et la charcuterie, qu’il avait cultiv\u00e9e d\u00e8s son plus jeune \u00e2ge, en ouvrant sa propre \u00e9picerie et laboratoire.
\nAujourd’hui, son fils Massimo poursuit cette tradition tout en y apportant des propositions innovantes, n\u00e9es de sa curiosit\u00e9 pour l’exp\u00e9rimentation, avec l\u2019aide de sa compagne Lucia.
\nIl y a aussi Graziella, l’\u00e9pouse de Maurilio, et leur fille Elena qui g\u00e8rent le comptoir de l’\u00e9picerie.
\nSergio, le mari d’Elena, s\u2019occupe de la s\u00e9lection des fromages, de la production de charcuterie et de la gestion du magasin.
\nEnfin, il y a nos collaborateurs, qui, avec leur soutien pr\u00e9cieux, aident \u00e0 la gestion de la cuisine et du service.<\/p>\n
