Family is a bond.Tradition is a bond.Passion is freedom. In 1969, Maurilio Baudracco decided to bring his passion and experience in fine cuisine and cured meats, developed since his youth, into reality by opening his gastronomia and workshop.Today, his son Massimo continues to uphold traditional recipes while incorporating new, innovative proposals, born from his curiosity and desire to experiment, with the support of his partner Lucia.There’s also Graziella, Maurilio’s wife, and their daughter Elena, who manage the gastronomy counter.Sergio, Elena’s husband, handles the selection of cheeses and the production of cured meats, as well as managing his section of the store.And then there are our collaborators, whose invaluable support helps with both the kitchen and customer service. Together, we uphold the values of good food and tradition, driven by the personal challenge of always striving to do better for those who choose us.

We have always preferred direct relationships with farmers, breeders, artisans, and small producers who embrace authentic tradition as their philosophy:open spaces, small-scale farms with few animals, predominantly natural feeding, clean stables, no chemical treatments, additives, or thickeners. 
We want you to bring to your table products that have not been altered, neither at their origin nor by us, so that their natural flavors can be fully appreciated.
